My Story
Back in March 2019, at 23, I took a swing at my first marathon—wildly underprepared and, predictably, I ended up injured. Over the years, I’ve battled four of the five big running injuries: Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints, Runner’s Knee, and Achilles Tendinitis. Fast forward to 2024: fresh off Achilles recovery, I aimed for a 3:10 marathon. The catch? I had zero clue if that was doable or how to start. I scoured the web—info was out there, but it was a total scavenger hunt.
Then, in February 2025, I ran a 2:57:18 marathon and thought, “Enough’s enough.” I pulled it all together—every lesson, every fix—into one place, one mission, and best of all, entirely free. This site’s fueled by passion and hard-earned know-how (check out the injury guide for proof). I’ve loved building it, and I hope you love using it. Got thoughts? Hit me up at gtuch7777@gmail.com.
